Distinguished service to the title industry, willingness to go the extra mile for customers, sharing of his time, offering the talents of his staff, and working on key legislative issues are just a few of the reasons Patrick T. Roe, General Manager of Signature Information Solutions LLC, was recently recognized by two different title insurance associations.
On June 5, 2017, Mr. Roe was presented with the New Jersey Land Title Association (NJLTA) President’s Award. The recognition is given to a member who has distinguished him or herself over the years providing service, vision, and guidance to the industry.
On June 12th, Mr. Roe was presented with the Pennsylvania Land Title Association (PLTA) James G. Schmidt Distinguished Service Award. The annual award recipient is selected by the last five association Presidents and is presented to an individual for substantial service and contribution to the welfare of the land title industry.
Mr. Roe is the first Affiliate Member from both of these organizations to receive such distinctions.
At the NJLTA Annual Convention, 2016-17 President Anthony Floria-Callori presented Mr. Roe with the award and said, “It was a pleasure to honor Pat Roe with the President’s Award at the 2017 NJLTA Convention. Pat has been a friend to the New Jersey title industry and to me personally over the course of his career. It was truly a privilege to present Pat with a well-deserved acknowledgment of his contributions to the betterment of our profession.”
At the PLTA Annual Convention, 2011 Past President, Award Committee Chair and award presenter, Philip S. Janny, CLTP, NTP, announced, “Tonight’s recipient is certainly part of what kept and keeps the PLTA moving in the right direction. Pat shares the talent of his staff with the PLTA in many ways… (And) always has the Pennsylvania land title industry in mind, whether working on legislation that effects real property taxes, providing support at many of the PLTA functions, or giving insight to the industry as a Board member of the Association of Title Information Management.”
He added, “Because of Pat and his support of the PLTA, the PLTA has weathered many storms and still exists today as we celebrate tonight, our 96th Annual Convention. It is my honor and privilege on behalf of the PLTA and these past presidents, to present …the James G. Schmidt Award to Patrick T. Roe.”
